A lot of people are surprised at Grace's diverse background. Grace was born in Girvan, Scotland and moved many times living in other countries. Grace finished her high school education with Moorhead Senior High School of Moorhead, MN. Believe it or not this was Grace's ninth school in which she had attended. After high school, Grace then began working in the retail industry in Washington State which lasted about 13 years. It was there she learned the values of customer service, product distribution, parole, and man hour production.
While in Washington, Grace met her husband Mark, later convincing him to join her in the move back "home", Moorhead. Having a limited budget and three small children her homemaking skills went into full gear. Grace made or fixed anything she possibly could. In the early 90's, Grace made the career move of going back to school in pursuit of Electrical Construction. As you can see, it was one of the best decisions of her life.
Depending on the volume we have hired apprentice electricians through the summer seasons to help without overload of work. Working with these apprentice's, Grace Electric has had the opportunity to promote the ethics of hard work, as well as skills of the trade.
